The Small Print
(and other stuff)

Reservations are required, and must be confirmed with MasterCard or VISA.  Please send an email, or call to reserve rooms.  We will contact you to confirm your request.

Regarding cancellations...
Please notify us if your travel plans change.
We do not normally require a deposit, or charge for cancellations. However we will charge one full nights room rate and tax to the credit card of guests who, without prior notice, do not arrive as planned.
At times of high room demand we may ask for payment in advance of your stay.  We will refund this payment in full if we are able to rebook the room for another guest.

Our bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house.  So there  are 'classic old farm house' stairs to negotiate.  They are the one remaining feature of the original structure.

We accept MasterCard and VISA charge cards, cash, and traveler's checks.
No personal checks please.  

Sales tax  ( 5.6% )  will be added to room charges.

We cannot accept pets...
Our very friendly cat, Ribs,  just gets too stressed!

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Please notify us if you are traveling with children.
Our King room can comfortably accommodate one or two small children in sleeping bags.  For larger children, we can offer a separate bedroom for sleeping (sharing your bath) at our extra person rate of $20 per night.
We are happy to discuss the options with you.

Occasionally we have guests that would like to have family or friends join them here for breakfast.  We are happy to accommodate that request at an additional charge of $10 per person.

Other meals and services for small social gatherings can also be arranged at an additional charge.

On the subject of Ribs the cat...
Persons who are allergic to the mere existence of felines beware!
She spends very little time in our bedrooms (we usually keep the doors closed), but does normally have the run of the rest of the house. 
Ribs will happily rest in our private space when folks are here who need to avoid direct contact with her.  Let us know if you fall into this category and we will be sure she is not around when you are.  That is not a problem.
